Aries are naturally active and vibrant people and they tend to like such people too. You will have to increase your pace to be in step with them. If you are in love with an Arien, then you have to show your enthusiasm in all their activities (you can always yawn later!).

Do not tell an Aries that s/he may be wrong. Any such statement may stir a storm in a teacup. Aries are very faithful and passionate lovers. Do not give air to the smoldering fire within them by making them jealous. DO'S
Stability and dependability characterise Taurus. They like people who can blend and grow with them. If you have a Taurus partner you should appreciate all things bright and beautiful. Taurus do not loose their temper easily (in fact you may spend the whole life with them and still no spark) but you should not push your luck too much. Try to adapt yourself with the changing moods of the Cancer. At one moment they may be laughing and enjoying and in another they may sulk. You may have to adjust with the moody and sensitive Cancer. If you have Leo partner respect him and his majestic manners. Accept the advice of Leo, the lion, as he is the king of the jungle. Do you really want to be successful in life?

Now, if I ask you this question, you will say “what a stupid question?” of course I want to be successful, and who is there in this world who doesn’t want to be successful...True, everyone wants to be successful.

Well, different people have different definitions of success, for example, some may correlate success with name, fame, wealth and some me correlate success with respect of the society, love of the near ones, good health and while some may include all the above in success.

Whatever, your definition of success is, do you have the required characteristics for being successful? In my opinion you need to have three factories for being successful…let me share about them with you:

1.       Ice factory in your brain- How cool is that? Whether it’s personal life or professional life, you need to be calm in your head always, because if you get hot over there, then be sure that you will definitely do something or take a decision for which you may regret later in your life. We all have seen in our lives that people who have low patience, low temperament and who get angry easily are the ones whom you mostly find alone and less respected.

2.       Steel factory in heart – you need to be strong in your heart and should be able to face the problems of life with full confidence and conviction of overcoming them. For that you need a heart which can face any blow with ease. There may be times when you may need to take some tough decisions and tough decisions need tough heart.

3.       Sugar factory in your tongue - which is the mostly deadly weapon in the world? Human tongue is the most deadly weapon human beings have came across. Other deadly weapons either kill a person or get him injured physically…injuries can be healed but the tongue injures a person at the heart and the injury at the heart rarely heals and it hurts most at the heart. So you need to be sweet to people in life whether you have professional or personal relations with them.

So if you want to be successful in life…Be cool, be strong, and be nice or sweet.

Satyamev jayate : constructive criticism or frustration

I read a story and I want to share it with you all: a hunter bought a dog that can walk on water and doesn’t need to swim. One day he took his friend with him for hunting. He kept shooting the ducks and the dog kept bringing the dead ducks from the lake. The hunter was hoping to listen something from his friend about his new dog, but the whole day, friend said nothing. In evening, when they were going home, hunter decided that he will ask his friend about his dog now. He asked his friend, “Haven’t you noticed anything different about the dog? The friend replied “yes, I noticed, he can’t swim.”

I read this story in the book “You can Win” by Shiva Khera and this story tells us about those people who are habitual of looking at the negative aspects and not the positive ones.

In the same way, Satyamev jayate and Aamir Khan has been criticized by a group continuously in regard to various points. There was a big group who praised both the show and the anchor but there were some who thought the other way round.

Let me share some of the points:

1. There is nothing new – absolutely correct, the issues that have been brought up in the show are not new, a lot of activists have been talking about them, but the question is how many were listening to them? Female foeticide, child sexualabuse and dowry system, we all are aware of this evils of society but how many of us will prefer to talk about them.  But when Aamir Khan brought them up, the majority of the nation was listening and many of them have taken them seriously. The content and concept of Satyamev jayate is itself wonderful but Aamir has given it such a big audience that it may not have got if it would have been presented by someone else.

People like Taslima nasreen are so unhappy with the popularity of this program that she says she will publish her next book with the face of the star on the cover, well it is your choice but the star face cant sell your book for too long, in the end it will be the content of book. The only message for Taslima Nasreen is grow up.

2. Earning from sms- I read on one blog that Aamir  Khan always ask people to send sms and this is the way he is trying to earn. If you watch the program, you will know that the sms charge is just Re.1 and not Rs. 5 as in other programs, as well as the money is going to charity, not to the production house.

3. He is charging 3 crores – everybody works for money and even if he is charging 3 crores what is wrong with it, he is doing something good for the society as well.

How to use Google properly?

1. Definitions - Pull up the definition of the word by typing define followed by the word you want the definition for. For example, typing: define bravura would display the definition of that word.

2. Local search - Visit Google Local enter the area you want to search and the keyword of the place you want to find. For example, typing: restaurant at the above link would display local restaurants.

4. Find weather - Type weather followed by a zip code or city and state to display current weather conditions and forecasts for upcoming days.

5. Track airline flight - Enter the airline and flight number to display the status of an airline flight and it's arrival time. For example, type: delta 123 to display this flight information if available.

6. Track packages - Enter a UPS, FedEx or USPS tracking number to get a direct link to track your packages.
7 .Pages linked to you - See what other web pages are linking to your website or blog by typing link: followed by your URL. For example, typing link:http://www.ideasofindian.blogspot.in  displays all pages linking.

8. Find PDF results only - Add filetype: to your search to display results that only match a certain file type. For example, if you wanted to display PDF results only type: "dell xps" filetype:pdf -- this is a great way to find online manuals.

9. Calculator - Use the Google Search engine as a calculator by typing a math problem in the search. For example, typing: 100 + 200would display results as 300.

10. Stocks - Quickly get to a stock quote price, chart, and related links by typing the stock symbol in Google. For example, typing:msft will display the stock information for Microsoft.

The name is good, the brand is big 
But the work I do is that of a pig 
The work or the brand; what is my way? 
I don't know if I should stay. 
To work, they have set their own way 
Nobody will care to hear what I say

But to do good work, this is the age 
This dilemma is killing me day by day

Satyamev jayate – three weeks of social enlightment

Three episodes out of thirteen of satyamev jayate have been aired on the television, and all of them showed us the status of humanity which is degrading day by day and if we don’t wake up now, there will be more of devils on this earth rather than humans.

The first episode talked about the female foeticide and on various issues concerning it as well its consequences, for eg,. Aamir talked to a group of men in a village from Haryana, who are now around the age of 35 yrs but they are not able to get a girl to get married due to the less number of girls in and around their village, which is a result of female foeticide. The show also talked about the human trafficking of girls and buying and selling of girls as they are objects. The most shocking part was that female doctors are also involved very much in this crime, on one side we talk about a lady as mother and on other side we are seeing a lady as killer. Someone said and how true the biggest enemy of woman on this earth is a woman.

The second episode talked on the topic of child sexual abuse. This episode told us that our kids are not safe even in our homes where we have relatives, and one of them may be a psycho. I firmly believe that a person who likes to get indulge is child sexual abuse is definitely mentally retarded and he/she is dangerous for the society. How sexually frustrated we have become that we are raping the young kids and we are not even considering what effect it will have on their whole life. The shocking fact was that 53% of the kids among the abused were boys, so not even the boys are safe leave alone the safety of girls. Aamir also conducted a workshop with the kids and asked the parents to conduct this type of workshop every six months with their kids.

The third episode was dealing with the issue of dowry system and talked about the evils of dowry and showed us some cases where parents have spent more than their capacity still their daughters are not happy. There was one guest on the show Rani who with her family conducted a sting operation on her would be in-laws and brought them on camera asking for dowry openly. Girls like her are definitely the examples every girl should follow and parents should also remember that a person or family who is making demands will keep on making demands if you keep on fulfilling them. The best way to save your daughter’s life and happiness is to say NO when the first demand comes up.  The show also told us about the forceful marriages in Bihar in which a male is kidnapped and beaten till he agrees to get married, this is done because kidnapping is far cheaper in Bihar than dowry and marriage.

Satyamev jayate – episode 3

  

The third episode of Satyamev jayate talked about the evil of dowry system. The show started with the talks of Shaadi (marriage), and Aamir asked young audiences, what comes into their mind when they hear the word “Shaadi” and what type of marriage they will prefer. The answers were really cool as most of them wanted big fat weddings, and one boy saying that he wants to go in a helicopter in his baraat, rather than horse.

Shaadi is definitely a national passion for Indians as at very early age child is said that you will get a prince when you get married (if child is a girl) and princess (if child is a boy). As soon as a boy gets a job, the relatives and neighbours start asking when is he going to get married..Marriage is the most important event for an Indian in his life.

But some families play with the life of brides and keep irrational demands. The basic modus operandy is always saying that we don’t need anything, we just want you to sent your daughter with two pair of clothes but as the day of marriage approaches near, the wedding cards are being distributed and everyone knows about the marriage then they start making demands and due to the fear of society the bride’s parents fulfill their demands.

The bride’s parents think that if they fulfill this demand then their daughter will be happy in her house but the reality is if one demand is fulfilled, second demand will take birth and if second is fulfilled then third and it goes on and on, till either the daughter is broke down or the parents are not in a position to give anything.

It is the time when either daughter is thrown out of the house or she is killed. In India almost every hour we are losing a woman due to dowry system.
